An opportunity to share what they do and recruit volunteers

Like your organization, the Central Pennsylvania 4th Fest is a community service, volunteer based organization. Besides organizing the patriotic celebration on the 4th of July we also create, produce and set off “THE Largest All Volunteer 4th of July fireworks display in the country”! Like you we find it challenging to find opportunities to get in front of audiences to share our vision and mission and well as seek out volunteers.

We invite your organization to join a venue that could reach over 90,000 people from all over the Centre County region and beyond, a way for your organization to promote itself in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere! We ask you to join in the Central PA 4th Fest celebrations by participating in the “Founders’ Mall.”

Founders Mall, located within our Celebrations area, provides the thousands of 4thFest visitors the opportunity to learn about your work and understand where they might volunteer to serve their community. We are planning for the Founders Mall area to be active from 4:00PM to 8:30PM. Please consider this opportunity to share in the fun of the day while sharing what you do? We’ll even provide a few 4th Fest VIP Viewing and VIP Parking passes to help you recruit staff for the day!

We ask your organization to provide:

• Engaging activities and information for the public to interact with your organization (i.e. crafts, photo opportunities, games, displays)
• Volunteer personnel to set up, staff and clean up exhibit (on July 4th: set up 3-4pm, hours of operation 4pm-8:30pm, clean up 8:30-9pm). We'll provide 4th Fest VIP viewing passes to help you recruit volunteers!
• Shelter (i.e. 10x10 tailgating tent)
• And to have fun interacting with the public on this fun-filled day

The 4th Fest will provide:

• Advertising: we promote the Central PA 4th Fest celebrations in print and on the radio several weeks prior to the event
• An audience: thousands of visitors from Central PA and beyond
• Listing in the Central PA 4th Fest program, distributed the day of event
• Listing on the Central PA 4th Fest website (www.4thfest.org), with links to your organization's website
• A 10x10 foot space (or increments of) for your display located in Founders Lot, east of BJC. And one (1) table and two (2) chairs (if needed).
• Additional celebration benefits: 4TH Fest provides two (2) VIP parking passes and (4) VIP viewing passes per exhibitor. As a guideline, 4th Fest provides one (1) viewing pass for each 6 hours volunteered.

Simply print, complete and return the application form to P.O. Box11122, State College PA 16805-1122. Application due no later then May 30. Space may be limited and is granted based on application receipt date.
